Section 337 Litigation Associate

Position Overview We have an immediate opening for a Section 337 Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Candidates will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Responsibilities Lead or assist in at least two Section 337 ITC cases, preparing and filing pleadings, discovery, and briefing. Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit to develop case strategy. Apply knowledge of IP law, domestic industry analysis, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action to senior attorneys and clients. Qualifications 3 to 6 years of experience practicing before the ITC. Demonstrated participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases. Knowledge of IP law (technical background not required). Active bar license in the state of the office applied to or a commitment to obtain one promptly. Excellent academic credentials with a record of community engagement. Superior interpersonal skills, exceptional judgment, and the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure. Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset with a diverse background. Compensation In California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., the salary range is $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
