Gateway Management

Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Leasing Agent for our Bridges at Landrum apartment community located in Atlanta, GA. This position will be responsible for helping prospective tenants, answering phones, showing apartments and assisting the manager as needed. Responsibilities: Greets prospective residents, determines needs and preferences and professionally presents the community and specific apartments while providing features and benefits. Responds to inquiries for property information in an appropriate and timely manner via email and phone. Prepares lease and lease renewal documents. Follows Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents. Assists the Property Manager in maintaining occupancy goals of the community. Encourages resident retention by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents and assists with resident functions, activities and programs as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of sales or leasing experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
