You will have the opportunity to expand your technical expertise while supporting and maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment.This role goes beyond standard helpdesk support, combining **Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security, and infrastructure management**. You will work under the direction of the Director of IT Operations and play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems.The daily tasks will vary, so flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical judgment, and the ability to support both users and systems effectively.## **Ideal Candidates Will Be*** Self-motivated and able to work independently* Highly skilled communicator (technical and non-technical)* Organized, structured, and detail-oriented* Strong multitasker who can manage multiple priorities* Analytical and solutions-driven* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment* Strong sense of ownership and accountability* Proactive with a strong security mindset* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies## **Programs & Platforms Used*** Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)* Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access* Microsoft Intune & Autopilot* Azure Portal* Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO)* PowerShell* Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)* SentinelOne (EDR)* NinjaOne (RMM)* Email security tools (Ironscales, Barracuda)* JIRA or other ticketing systems* DNS management tools## **Role Details*** **Industry:** IT / Infrastructure / Cybersecurity* **Work Shift:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)* **Work Days:** Monday through Friday (USA)* **Written and Spoken English Skill:** Very Proficient* **Salary Range:** PHP 70,000 - 80,000* **Work Setup:** Permanent Work From Home## **Daily Responsibilities*** Provide **Tier 2/3 support** by troubleshooting and resolving escalated IT issues* Administer and maintain **Microsoft 365 services** (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)* Manage **user lifecycle processes**, including onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access control* Configure and support **identity and access management** using Active Directory and Entra ID* Implement and manage **MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and RBAC policies*** Administer and monitor **Microsoft Intune** for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment* Automate administrative tasks using **PowerShell scripting*** Support and maintain **endpoint security tools** (EDR, email security platforms)* Monitor and respond to **security incidents and vulnerabilities*** Perform **Windows Server administration**, including patching, monitoring, and maintenance* Troubleshoot **network-related issues** (LAN/WAN/VPN/DNS) and escalate when needed* Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures* Use **JIRA or ticketing systems** for tracking, documentation, and reporting* Provide user training and technical guidance when needed* Contribute to **continuous improvement initiatives** and system optimization## **Additional Job Requirements****Experience:*** 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or advanced IT support roles* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration**Technical Requirements:*** Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive* Strong knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, GPOs)* Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management* Experience with Azure / Entra ID for identity and access management* Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting* Experience with Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)* Familiarity with endpoint security tools (SentinelOne or similar)* Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne or similar)* Basic DNS and networking troubleshooting skills**Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)**Preferred:*** Certifications such as Microsoft (AZ-104, MD-102, SC-300), CompTIA Security+, or equivalent* Experience with Cloudflare, Linux servers, or VOIP systems* Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management## **About DCX**DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
