Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, and hands-on Lead Service Technician to anchor our field operations. In this role, you will be the face of Gorilla Property Services in the field, delivering top-tier property maintenance with an unbeatable attitude while guiding our frontline team. You will be responsible for executing high-quality exterior cleaning services, leading and training field team members, maintaining absolute oversight of company equipment assets, and interacting directly with our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, possesses a proven track record of teaching and leading others, and exhibits excellent time management. An excellent attitude is a must. If you bring a strong background in field leadership, a passion for mentorship, and the drive to maintain the highest operational standards, we will provide the tools to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Field Leadership & Team Training: Serve as the primary on-site leader, directing day-to-day field operations, onboarding new hires, and actively training team members on Gorilla Property Services workflows, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Customer Service & Client Interaction: Act as the primary face-to-face contact for property owners and commercial clients on-site. Confidently manage customer relations, set clear job expectations, and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.

Equipment & Fleet Management: Take full accountability and ownership for all company assets on-site. Safely operate and maintain the provided company service vehicle, track precise inventory, and ensure all tools, pressure washers, and job materials are kept in peak working condition.

Field Execution & Exterior Cleaning: Perform and oversee professional cleaning services—including gutter cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and soft washing—on residential and commercial properties.

Work at Heights & Safety Compliance: Enforce and strictly adhere to safety protocols while confidently navigating and operating on ladders and rooftops at heights up to 40 feet.

Efficiency Tracking: Manage daily job timelines and resource usage to minimize waste, maximize daily territory output, and keep the team on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

Leadership & Training Experience: Proven prior experience leading, mentoring, or training team members in a field-service, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on environment.

Attitude & Drive: An energetic, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the natural ability to motivate a team and maintain high morale.

Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for daily, direct client face-time and interaction.

Physical Requirements: Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions. Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work confidently at heights.

Efficiency & Detail: Masterful time management skills and a sharp eye for quality assurance to ensure every job meets Gorilla standards.

License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is strictly required to operate company vehicles.

Experience & Certifications (Bonus): Prior experience in property maintenance, roofing, or pressure washing is highly valued. Active Fall Arrest or Elevated Work Platform certifications are a major plus.
