What You’ll Do No two days look exactly the same—and that’s exactly how we like it. You’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life through thoughtful execution, creative problem solving, and exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with our Marketing Director, you’ll help turn big ideas into meaningful campaigns that strengthen our brand, serve our communities, and support our growing team. Responsibilities include: Writing compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and print materials Designing graphics and marketing materials using Canva Supporting video, podcast, and content production Assisting with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation Helping execute marketing campaigns from concept through completion Coordinating projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Supporting community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives Capturing and sharing meaningful patient, team, and community stories Collaborating with clinic teams, vendors, and community partners Identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems, workflows, and processes Supporting new initiatives that help advance the vision and mission of Limitless Who You Are You’re someone who naturally takes ownership, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys figuring things out. Whether you have 1–3 years of marketing experience or you’re an exceptional recent graduate ready to hit the ground running, care about your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow more than anything else. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred (exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply) Experience with copywriting and storytelling Experience creating content for social media platforms Experience with email marketing Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Video shooting and editing skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Eagerness to learn, receive coaching, and continuously improve Bonus Points if you Have Experience with video editing or content creation Photography or podcast production experience Experience with Meta advertising Website editing or marketing automation experience Experience working in a medical, healthcare, or wellness setting What We Value We don’t just talk about culture—we live it.
