Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic Compassionate and comfortable interacting with patients A strong multi-tasker who can stay organized in a busy office Team-oriented and willing to assist in all areas of a growing practice Experienced in the dental field Familiar with Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix practice management software Computer savvy with strong problem-solving skills Eager to learn and grow professionally Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care A positive attitude and great personality are a must! As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Scheduling patient appointments Checking patients in and out Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care Verifying dental insurance benefits Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Obtaining and updating necessary patient information Collecting patient payments Providing excellent customer service throughout the patient experience Supporting the team in other areas of the practice as needed Schedule MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM (Flexible end-of-day time) Friday: 8:00 AM1:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $20$25/hour, based on experience A full benefits package is available Why Collins Hill?
