• Experienced in the dental field
• Familiar with Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix practice management software
• Computer savvy with strong problem-solving skills

• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
• A positive attitude and great personality are a must!

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
• Verifying dental insurance benefits
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Obtaining and updating necessary patient information
• Collecting patient payments
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the patient experience
• Supporting the team in other areas of the practice as needed

Schedule

• MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM (Flexible end-of-day time)
• Friday: 8:00 AM1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $20$25/hour, based on experience
• A full benefits package is available
