Founded in 2007, The Chef’s Agency specializes in delivering bespoke food and hospitality experiences for a wide range of occasions, including photo and film shoots, showrooms, fashion shows, private gatherings, and corporate events. We also offer event coordination services and connect clients with top chefs for exclusive private dinners. _________________________________________________________
The Catering Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food for large events and catering orders. This role requires the ability to manage high-volume production while ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes. The Catering Cook will work closely with the catering team to execute menus, follow food safety standards, and meet deadlines for event service. Flexibility with scheduling is important, as event times may vary, particularly for breakfast and lunch service Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Ability to complete shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly
* Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
* Comfortable with preparing large quantities * Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
* Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
* Prepare and execute key components of dishes
