Position Summary:
Join our team as an HVAC Technician Helper/Apprentice and kickstart your career in residential heating and air conditioning systems. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you'll assist in installations while ensuring top-notch service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems, adhering to company standards to deliver exceptional service.
- Support experienced technicians in troubleshooting techniques and equipment repairs and replacements.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints to assist in installations and repairs.
- Uphold advanced customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians.
- Familiarity with equipment and tools used in HVAC installations and repairs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques.
