Cost Accountant

We're looking for a highly analytical Cost Accountant to help drive smarter decisions through accurate job costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and operational insights that support pricing and business strategy. What You’ll Do Maintain standard costs and analyze material, labor, and overhead variances Support inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting Perform margin and profitability analysis by product line, service, customer, or entity Investigate and explain cost variances and operational trends to management Partner closely with operations teams to improve cost accuracy and identify savings opportunities Support month-end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting Assist with process improvements and reporting enhancements across the finance function What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing/operations accounting Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methodologies Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP cost modules Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights English required; Spanish is a plus Aviation, MRO, manufacturing, or industrial experience strongly preferred If you're looking for an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced aviation business, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
