Job Details Job Location: Castle Hill Inn – Newport, RI 02840 Salary Range: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Position: Assistant General Manager About the Position The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing and leading daily restaurant operations, fostering a culture of positivity, growth, and teamwork. Essential Duties Ensure a quality guest experience by managing all areas of the restaurant’s daily operations, including private dining. Hire, train, and develop employees and managers. Maintain professional relationships with other managers and subordinates to foster a culture of positivity, growth, and teamwork. Provide hands‑on training and development for all service positions, covering guest service, etiquette, food and beverage knowledge. Oversee scheduling for front of house.
