Pay: $23.22/hr to start
- 2nd shift & 3rd shift
- Must be open to weekends, rotating 2 days off
We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll load and unload trailers, move product throughout the dock, and keep freight flowing efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is an active position that requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving product throughout your entire shift.
Responsibilities- Load and unload delivery trailers safely and efficiently.
- Move bread crates and products using oversized dollies.
- Stage and organize product for shipping and distribution.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse and dock.
- Maintain accurate product handling procedures.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repeatedly.
- Comfortable maneuvering heavily loaded oversized dollies.
- Strong attention to safety and proper lifting techniques.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, dock, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience is helpful but not required .
