Employment Associate Attorney

Advise employers on a broad spectrum of employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including health and welfare plans and retirement plans Counsel clients on compliance with evolving statutory and regulatory requirements affecting employee benefit programs Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, labor & employment, ERISA litigation, health, and related practice groups Maintain regular communication with in-house counsel and HR professionals to support client needs and deliver practical legal guidance Assist in structuring, reviewing, and managing benefit and compensation arrangements in line with applicable law Qualifications JD from an accredited law school 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and compensation law within a law firm or consulting environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-service orientation Active admission to the bar in the state of employment Strong academic credentials #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
