Wellness Coach

Seeking qualified Licensed Global Life and Wellness Coaches for a fully remote contract position, responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support clients in achieving personal and professional goals related to stress, relationships, and overall wellbeing across the Middle East. Key responsibilities: Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in designated regions Assist adults in setting and achieving goals while fostering confidence and encouraging action Maintain session notes and availability within the electronic health record (EHR) system Required qualifications: Active credential from a globally recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC) Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience Experience with evidence-based support modalities (e.g., NVC, NLP, Positive Psychology) Strong telehealth competency and reliable access to high-speed internet Fluency in at least one regional language, with English proficiency required for the interview process
