We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Welcome to The Atlantic District. We are a locally driven insurance firm based in the heart of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing peace of mind to our neighbors and local business owners. Responsibilities
Manage a comprehensive portfolio of clients by identifying their unique coverage needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Engage in active networking throughout the Greensburg area to foster community ties and expand our reach.
Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients are protected according to their evolving life stages.
Translate complex insurance terminology into simple, actionable advice that empowers our clients to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the most competitive rates for our policyholders.
Maintain meticulous records and follow up on inquiries with warmth and promptness.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a diverse client base.
Strong proficiency with industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful.
Previous experience with life or health insurance products is a plus.
