Executive Director, Infrastructure & Cloud Ops

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree plus 15+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, and network architecture.
• At least 5 years of team leadership and management experience, with a strong record of guiding highly technical engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale data center to cloud migrations.
• Advanced expertise with cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong hands-on capability in automation, scripting, and API development using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Significant experience designing foundational architectures for CMMC and SOC 2 compliance.
• Preferred: advanced knowledge of BigFix, Intune, JAMF, and Red Hat Linux administration.
• Preferred: deep familiarity with edge networking and security technologies such as SilverPeak SD-WAN, Aruba, Netskope, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Preferred: working knowledge of PKI, MFA integrations, and vulnerability management processes.
• Preferred: experience supporting infrastructure and platforms for core ERPs and ServiceNow CMDB integrations.
• Preferred: ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Clearance requirement: U.S. citizen.

• Lead, coach, and manage a multi-tier engineering and operations team across multiple time zones to maintain high availability and strict security compliance.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for data center and infrastructure outages, including critical incident response and incident command.
• Oversee multi-cloud architecture, design, and deployment across GCP, Azure, AWS, and OCI for Commercial and FedRAMP tenants.
• Drive infrastructure automation and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Python, while managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the design and enforcement of a Zero Trust network architecture, including micro-segmentation and global SD-WAN deployments across 60 locations.
• Direct management of enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure and more than 10,000 endpoints using BigFix, JAMF, Intune, and Google Workspace MDM.
• Stay physically capable of remaining stationary for more than 50% of the workday, communicating effectively with peers, senior leaders, and customers, and operating a computer and other office equipment.
