Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a school setting highly desirable

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of progress and services provided
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team's efforts
• Offer guidance and training to teachers and parents when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
