Do you enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Project Management teams to support complex customer projects from start to finish? We are seeking a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to join our team in Ball Ground, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy, organization, and operational excellence. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting customer contract administration, compliance processes, project documentation, and commercial operations that help drive successful project execution across the organization. As our Contracts & Compliance Administrator, you will serve as a key operational partner supporting contracts, compliance, and project coordination activities across the business. Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and signed quotes for completeness and alignment with approved business terms Coordinate document revisions, approvals, signatures, and execution processes Maintain organized and accurate records of contracts, compliance documents, and project files Support Sales and Project Management teams with contract documentation and project startup requirements Assist with preparation and administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Coordinate with Accounting and Accounts Receivable to support compliance and documentation requirements Manage business license tracking and renewals for project execution activities Coordinate collection and maintenance of vendor agreements, insurance certificates, NDA’s, and compliance documentation Assist with mechanic’s lien documentation and sales tax-related processes Support administration and renewal tracking for company commercial insurance policies Communicate project transitions, order status updates, and documentation requirements to internal teams Help ensure projects and customer requirements are processed accurately and efficiently Requirements We’re looking for someone who combines strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in contract administration, project administration, compliance coordination, or related business support roles Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or project-based environments preferred Familiarity with legal contract terminology, project documentation, and compliance processes Working knowledge of accounts receivable, purchasing, procurement, or sales tax documentation Experience with business licenses, lien documentation, COIs, or insurance administration is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Summary At our company, you’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where your contributions directly support operational success and customer satisfaction.
