Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and selling our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners and businesses. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your success in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.


• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.


• Present and sell our services in a compelling way that addresses the unique needs of each client.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.


• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.


• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services, or a related field.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.


• Ability to build relationships and network effectively.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus but not required.


• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
