We are hiring LPNs for the following shifts Please note the shift(s) you are applying for when you submit your application: CNA Day Shift Sunday Tuesday/Wednesday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule CNA Day Shift Wednesday/Thursday Saturday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule CNA Night Shift Sunday Tuesday/Wednesday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule CNA Night Shift Wednesday/Thursday Saturday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule Build and maintain supportive, trusting relationships with residents through ongoing communication and engagement. Monitor and document residents' health by observing conditions and taking vital signs as directed. Report changes in condition, health concerns, or refusal of care promptly to nursing staff. Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., toileting, meals, mobility, and activities) according to care plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, including housekeeping tasks and proper use of emergency equipment.
