Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a transportation and produce warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. who is currently looking to add an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clerk to their growing team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will work with other members of the department to ensure accurate billing and payment to carriers for services are rendered. The Accounts Payable clerk would be working a 1st shift schedule, working Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. This is a long term opportunity within a team oriented environment. Pay rate would start at $23 with growth opportunities available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Billing
Carrier Payments
Printing, distributing, and replying to emails as required.
Reconcile Vendor Statements
Contact vendors.
Contact other branch offices.
Answer phones and answer questions of caller.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Excellent attendance is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience with Sage is preferred.
