Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant to lead complex IT initiatives in a regulated environment. The role requires delivering programs end-to-end, aligning stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite per week), with potential for change to fully onsite with little notice, and requires residency in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-scale IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring governance, alignment with strategic objectives, and value realization.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issues; drive change control and maintain robust program artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure effective communications and transparency across the organization.
• Identify dependencies, mitigations, and escalation paths; monitor performance and deliverables to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and security requirements; adapt planning to evolving priorities and constraints.

• Stakeholder and vendor management, contract oversight
• Scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
