Licensed Customer Service Representative

Job Description We're an Established Allstate Agency looking for a Licensed Representative to come grow with us! We want a highly organized professional who loves interacting with others and can light up a room with their personality. As a Licensed Representative, you will primarily be responsible for working with our existing client base. Daily activities would mostly include: handling day-to-day service-related issues, providing policy reviews and cross-selling additional lines of insurance within the household. Handle day-to-day service-related issues for existing clients and help with on-boarding new ones. Create selling situations through servicing the existing accounts. Educate clients on what coverage/policies they have, and which products would benefit them most.
