We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Billing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and 1–2 years of experience with customer service or (non-medical) invoicing or (non-medical) billing, or accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Assist customers with billing questions, payment issues, and account updates
• Review accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer and billing records
• Follow up on outstanding balances when required
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of call center and/or invoicing or billing, or accounts receivable experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with operating systems and accounting software (a plus), Microsoft Office, and email
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused attitude

We are located conveniently in Freeport. The hours are regular business hours from Monday through Friday on site, with some later shifts and an occasional shift on a Saturday or Sunday--which are handled remotely.
