We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, while maximizing sales opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and superior service Complete a thorough vehicle walk around inspection during service write-up Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changesKnow the product to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor including parts Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently Provide a thorough review of services performed when delivering finished vehicle to the customer. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of Service Advisor / Used Car Reconditioning Writer experience Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds database systems is preferred Proficient computer skills (Including Microsoft Word and Excel) Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail Superior communication and organizational skills Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results We provide a positive, professional work environment.
