Location & Time Commitment Location: Austin, TX Time Commitment: approximately 32‑40 hours per week Schedule: Flexible – including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Perform regular in‑person inspections of public spaces and individual units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Kasa brand standards. Identify, prioritize, and execute cost‑effective property improvements aligned with brand standards. Conduct recurring property management tasks such as replacing broken items, liaising with housekeeping partners and service vendors, stocking supplies, and providing support for lockouts, last‑minute requests, and other guest issues. Support guest experience by resolving on‑site problems promptly and empathetically. Manage short‑term emergencies, including work outside defined hours, for which overtime compensation is provided. Qualifications Strong sense of ownership – take accountability for all facets of unit/building performance and partner satisfaction. Technologically savvy – competent with modern tools and effectively apply them in daily work. Handy – comfortable using a toolkit and devising clever solutions to common minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Quality Control Leader – establish and implement streamlined processes that ensure high‑quality standards through proactive improvements and collaboration. Reliable – arrive to work on time and willing to work nights and weekends as required. Collaborative – work effectively with leadership and peers to meet goals and contribute to operational improvements. Smooth Operator – resolve problems with confidence, empathy, and creativity to swiftly satisfy guests. Change Agent – support tactical execution of change‑management efforts for new processes, tools, or technology. Process Minded – execute established processes with precision and surface deficiencies that impact the guest experience.
