Corporate B2B Sales Representative (Body Armor)

We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Corporate B2B Sales Representative to drive enterprise growth for a global leader in ballistic protection and personal safety apparel. In this role, you will target corporate security departments, industrial organizations (including Oil & Gas and infrastructure), and high-value B2B accounts. Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close high-ticket B2B accounts across corporate enterprise, industrial, and commercial security sectors.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations showcasing high-value ballistic safety technology.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity, forecast revenue, and hit quarterly KPIs.

• Represent the company at major national industry trade shows and corporate expos (including Las Vegas, Texas, and regional events).

• Collaborate with international manufacturing and leadership teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.

• Qualifications

• Language: Professional fluency in English and Spanish (required for international team alignment and training).

• Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in consultative B2B or industrial sales closing high-value deals.

• Travel: Willingness to travel nationally for trade shows and complete a 1-week initial onboarding/training trip to Colombia .

• Skills: strong negotiation skills, enterprise pipeline management, and ability to build long-term relationships with corporate C-suite and security directors.
