We are seeking an experienced, proactive Manager to support our client services and day-to-day business operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, solving problems, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The selected candidate will initially work closely with senior management, gradually taking on greater responsibility for client relationships, team coordination, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communications, relationships, and ongoing project requirements.
• Coordinate with digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and web development teams.
• Oversee project execution, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Monitor client account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively resolve operational challenges and client concerns.
• Support resource planning, workflow management, and team accountability.
• Participate in client meetings, strategy discussions, and business reviews.
• Work closely with senior management to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, IT services company, or related business.
• Demonstrated experience in client management and project or operations management.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and website development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of outcomes.
