Diversity And Leadership Training Intern - Generation H

Summary The Diversity and Leadership Training Intern will support the Director of Diversity and Leadership Development and the Talent Development team at Hermès US headquarters in New York City. This full-time, in-person Generation H internship involves assisting with planning, deploying, and communicating DEI engagement initiatives and leadership training offerings. The internship includes project work, mentorship, and participation in a learning-focused speaker series; interns are paid $20.00 hourly. Responsibilities Assist with research, planning, and implementation of DEI engagement initiatives and leadership development programs Contribute ideas and share best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion work Help create and support boutique workshops focused on employee experience and team culture Provide administrative support including document management, meeting recaps, and attendance tracking Support planning and on-site execution of leadership training seminars and office events Draft communications for recognition months and participate in Talent Development team meetings Requirements Enrolled student currently pursuing a degree Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Demonstrated interest and/or experience in diversity and inclusion or human resources Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and availability to work full-time on-site #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
