Licensed Professional Counselor

To provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians delivering telehealth services, a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor will work remotely on a contract basis, setting their own schedule and guiding associates toward full licensure. Key responsibilities Supervise associate-level clinicians in accordance with board requirements and professional judgment Facilitate the development of associates through constructive feedback and guidance Ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines in clinical documentation and treatment planning Required qualifications A valid LPC license in good standing in Michigan with board approval for clinical supervision A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field A proven track record of successfully guiding associates to full licensure Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate Experience with EHR systems and familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements
