Christian Living Communities, a faith-based nonprofit senior living organization in Englewood, CO, seeks a Flex Team Occupational Therapist to support residents across multiple communities. In this role, you’ll conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote safety, independence, and quality of life for older adults in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, and uphold CLC’s Christian values of compassion, respect, and integrity in a relationship-focused environment. This flexible role offers variety, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day.
