As a Shift Manager, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety standards. Oversee all aspects of production during assigned shift, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards. Lead and motivate the shift team to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment. Monitor production schedules and promptly resolve any issues related to production, quality, or safety. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards.
