About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and operational leadership. The CEO will be responsible for the overall direction of daily operations, financial performance, strategic growth, and clinical quality, with a strong focus on ensuring safe patient care, community referral partnerships, and compliance with health regulations. Key responsibilities include managing facility functions, setting and implementing care provision plans, directing program staffing, and evaluating corporate programs to promote quality care. The CEO will also oversee regulatory compliance, financial management, and build a workplace culture that fosters high morale and accountability. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a mental health or business field, with a preference for an MBA or MHA with a concentration in healthcare management. A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical services, supervision, and administration is required, along with certification as a Behavioral Health Care Executive and/or Health Care Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership within the healthcare or behavioral health sector, and possess strong skills in project and team management, communication, and organizational abilities. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and is adept at building and maintaining referral networks.
