Affordable Housing Development Associate

Supporting Regional Project Partners in advancing affordable housing developments, the full-time Associate/Senior Associate will manage project analysis, coordinate financing applications, and track development timelines in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Prepare initial analyses of potential development opportunities and track approval timelines Coordinate and prepare financing applications for various funding sources, ensuring compliance and timely submissions Manage project budgets and construction progress while maintaining accurate reporting in internal systems Required qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience for Associate level or 5-7 years for Senior Associate level in real estate transactions or development Associate or bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal program, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools for project analysis and reporting Demonstrated experience in supporting real estate closings and coordinating legal documentation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
