Registered Nurse In Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our critical care float team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in various critical care settings. The RN will assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. The candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Flexibility is required as the role involves working in different units. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients and administering treatments as necessary. An understanding of advanced medical equipment and technology is important.
