Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
• Day shifts, with occasional flexibility as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy
• Valid certification and registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified preferred)
• Active state licensure in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility)
• Prior experience operating linear accelerators and related radiation oncology equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and care team members
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following all safety and clinical protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for treatment using immobilization devices and correct techniques
• Monitor patient responses, recognize and report adverse reactions, and provide patient education
• Perform quality assurance checks on equipment and maintain detailed treatment records
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
• Uphold all compliance, confidentiality, and safety standards as required by applicable regulations
