CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist OpportunityOur client is looking for a reliable CNC Machinist to join their team!Job DutiesStudy and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of final products.Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining.Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts the machine within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of production.Reports all machine malfunctions to Operations Manager.Understanding of production requirements, production scheduling, and reporting.Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or older to apply.Must have prior programming experience in G-Code and work with machining centers.Will be working in a fast paced environment with high production yields.Must be able to work 100% on the floor and have the ability to push, pull, or lift product with forklift or overhead crane.Must be able to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time, and use hands to feel or handle all types of materials.Must be able to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly, and sit, climb, or balance occasionally.Employee must be able to regularly lift up to 70 pounds.Occasionally exposed to vibration and noise levels are usually high and ear plugs are required.Schedule1st and 2nd shift opportunities!Payrate$20.00-$28.00/hr.Benefits of working with ExpressPaid VacationHoliday payAffordable Health, Dental, Vision, Life InsuranceDirect DepositExpress Employment Professionals is a leading staffing agency that strives to help businesses fill their positions with qualified employees.
