Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a busy pediatric clinic.
The CMA will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting providers, preparing patients for examinations, documenting patient information, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities

The CMA will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting providers, preparing patients for examinations, documenting patient information, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and prepare them for provider examinations.
- Obtain and accurately document vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Collect and record patient medical histories and relevant health information.
- Document clinical information in Epic EMR accurately and timely.
- Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures as needed.
- Coordinate patient flow to maintain efficient clinic operations.
- Prepare exam rooms, maintain cleanliness, and ensure rooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Administer patient screening questionnaires and update medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and clinical staff.
- Support daily administrative and clinical functions within the pediatric practice.
- Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certification required.
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and electronic medical record documentation experience.
