You partner with teams to define and execute team-based selling strategies. This is a complementary role to the direct Sales and Sales Engineering teams and receives sales quota retirement for targeted products.How you can make a difference:Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.Serve as an experienced, focused, performance-driven regional brand ambassador to drive sales of the Unified Communications product set.Partner with Product teams to develop and advance service attributes.Identify target markets, industries and contacts to develop and implement a sales plan.Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.Lead consultative meetings, demonstrations and negotiations with stakeholders to close deals.Collaborate with multiple internal teams to develop and execute team selling strategies.QualificationsWhat you bring to Spectrum Business:Required qualifications:Experience: Two or more years of experience in premise-based sales of voice solutions; Five or more years of telecommunication B2B experience as a proven sales performer.Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.Technical skills: Expert in Managed Network Service Solutions; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Familiar with Salesforce.Skills: Presentation and English communication skills.Abilities: Coachable with the ability to conduct a consultative analysis and provide recommendations.Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.Preferred qualifications:Industry certifications, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Nuage or MEF.
