Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized wound care treatment in an outpatient, inpatient, or post-acute setting.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management.

Requirements:
• Unrestricted Medical License in state of practice
  
• DEA
  
• Must pass state and federal background checks
  
• Basic EHR knowledge
  
• Team player
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• 1 year wound care experience
  
• Wound Care Certification (preferred)
  
• Must own a vehicle in order to commute to centers throughout the day
  
• Must be willing to commute to various boroughs.
