Mechanical Assembler in Escondido

Job Description Manufacturing company is in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging according to established procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding mechanical assembly and have the ability to work well with tools. Responsibilities Read and interpret assembly blueprints and specifications. Assemble devices and components using hand tools and automated equipment. Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards. Package final products and prepare them for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Record and report any product defects. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in manufacturing assembling a must. Proficiency in using assembly power/manual tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
