Job Description Summary We are seeking a mid‑level associate (3+ years of experience) to support Fenwick’s world‑class Technology Transactions practice. The practice handles complex technology transactions for prominent startups and consumer technology firms in the United States and internationally, working closely with the Corporate Group. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience, deep knowledge of intellectual property and contract law, and experience in complex commercial transactions for early‑stage and public technology companies. The associate will advise on the intellectual and commercial aspects of mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Location & Bar Requirement The position is available in Boston, New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Santa Monica. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state of the office where they are applying or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Benefits and Compensation At Fenwick, partners and employees are valued highly. Salary Range The anticipated salary range is $260,000–$390,000, varying by qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and locality.
