Development Specialist

Supporting the growth of a contributed-revenue pipeline, the full-time remote Development Specialist will manage grant writing and reporting, draft proposals, and collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to enhance donor communications. Key responsibilities Research, draft, and edit grant proposals and fundraising materials while tracking submissions Develop and deliver accurate grant reports and donor communications, collecting relevant impact stories Coordinate the development pipeline by researching prospects and preparing materials for meetings Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in development, fundraising, or investor relations Strong skills in grant writing and proposal development Experience in delivering grant reports and donor communications Proficiency with AI-assisted proposal tools and CRM systems like Salesforce Interest in civic engagement and community organizing
