As a Security Officer Full Time - Overnights in Rochelle, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $17.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
