Production Worker - 3 rd   Shift: Ashton , IL

We are partnering with a growing production company in Ashton, IL, looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join their 3rd shift team as a Production Worker. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and packaging dry food mix in accordance with strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities of the Production Worker:

• Fill bags with dry food mix at waist-level stations (easy on the back and knees!)
• Run filled bags through a sealing machine
• Monitor weight and quality of bags for consistency
• Stack and organize sealed bags for storage or transport
• Inspect bags for damage or defects before sealing
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and sanitary

Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50-55 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to operate basic machinery
• Work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and occasional overtime
• Reliable transportation
• No visible piercings or nail polish (includes tongue rings)
• Must wear steel-toed boots (boot covers provided – they don’t have to be new)
• Food production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay for Production Worker: Starting at $18.00/hour.
