Kitting Associate – Warehouse & Logistics (2nd Shift)
Waco, TX | $20.00/Hour | Temp-to-Hire
Crouch Staffing Solutions is hiring Kitting Associates for a growing logistics warehouse in Waco, Texas . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment after 520 successful hours .

Schedule
- Monday-Thursday
- 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM (10 hours x 4)
Pay
- $20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Pull materials, parts, and components from warehouse shelving using pick lists or work orders
- Organize and place items into designated bins or kits for production lines
- Ensure kits are complete, accurate, and delivered to the correct production area
- Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying part numbers and quantities
- Restock inventory as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow warehouse procedures and all safety guidelines
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned

- Are proactive and take initiative throughout the shift
- Can work quickly, accurately, and independently
- Have strong attention to detail
- Can follow written instructions and pick lists
- Are dependable with excellent attendance
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Have previous warehouse, order picking, kitting, inventory, or material handling experience (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
