$18-$20/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for a stable weekday schedule with a busy, patient-focused healthcare team? Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an immediate opportunity in Carrboro!
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Direct patients to the appropriate providers and departments
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Complete patient registration and documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Experience using eClinicalWorks (must have)
- 2+ years of Medical Front Desk/Medical Receptionist experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
