Storeroom / Inventory Clerk – Maintenance PartsWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeroom / Inventory Clerk to support the maintenance parts storeroom at a food and beverage manufacturing facility. This individual will work alongside the existing Storeroom Clerk and Maintenance Planner to assist with cycle counting, inventory organization, and identifying obsolete or inaccurate maintenance parts as the facility prepares for a transition to a new building. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with physical inventory, and able to work well as part of a team.Location: Seabrook, New JerseySchedule: First Shift, approximately 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PMPay Rate: $18.00–$22.00/hourEmployment Type: ContractKey ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cycle counts of maintenance parts and suppliesCompare physical inventory against printed inventory records and count sheetsIdentify missing, obsolete, or inaccurate inventory itemsFlag discrepancies and communicate findings to the Storeroom ClerkAssist with organizing shelves, aisles, and maintenance partsHelp identify which existing parts will or will not be needed for the new facilityAccurately record inventory counts and part informationSupport general storeroom cleanup and organizationWork closely with the Storeroom Clerk and Maintenance PlannerFollow all facility safety and workplace proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience in inventory, warehouse, parts, stockroom, or storeroom work preferredMaintenance parts, MRO, manufacturing, or industrial inventory experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable performing repetitive inventory countsAbility to read part numbers, labels, and inventory sheetsBasic computer skillsExperience with inventory or maintenance systems such as eMaint is helpful but not requiredMust be dependable, organized, and able to work independently when neededStrong team-oriented attitude is requiredPhysical / Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand and walk throughout the shiftAbility to reach and count parts on shelvingAbility to lift and move light-to-moderate inventory items as neededSteel-toe footwear requiredMust follow all facility safety and PPE requirementsCompensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
