Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, closely monitoring their progress and ensuring optimal recovery.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify conditions that require surgical intervention.
• Assist in surgical procedures as needed, displaying proficiency in surgical techniques and supporting the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans, tailoring care to meet specific patient needs.
• Engage in patient education sessions; inform patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery processes, and preventive healthcare measures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide urgent care support and medical advice during off-hours, including Saturdays.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits, focusing on enhancing patient care standards and operational workflows.
