Title: Quality Lead – 2nd Shift
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay : $24-25/ hr. + $1.50 shift differential (may be higher with experience)
Schedule: 2:15pm-12:45am, Monday – Thursday
Location: Wickliffe OH
Position Summary: The Quality Lead is responsible for the following listed aspects of
quality in the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Leader of all quality related activities within the facility on that shift.
- Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specifications.
- Provide all necessary paperwork to the shop floor for production.
- Provide all necessary measuring equipment and tools for production.
- Keep all appropriate teams informed of the quality status of product and processes.
- Ensure all quality related activities are being followed per standard procedures and work instructions.
- Regularly inspect material being produced.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate techniques to employees.
- Working knowledge of measurement techniques.
- Experience in various measurement techniques.
- Experience in blueprint reading including the use of GD& T.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
- Some minimal lifting required.
