About the Role Reporting directly to the Retail Project Market Manager, the Lead Retail Project Merchandiser (RPML) represents Anderson and its clients by proficiently overseeing and executing reset and remodel tasks. These include implementing planograms accurately, placing new items, correcting voids, and conducting special merchandising initiatives. The role requires a proactive, adaptable, detail‑oriented individual capable of teamwork or independent work, with outstanding organizational and communication abilities and strong relationship‑building skills. Responsibilities Demonstrate and maintain a commitment to quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations. Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions. Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy and precision. Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality to maintain account aesthetics. Utilize technology (smartphones and handheld devices) effectively and consistently. Apply strong interpersonal, organizational, decision‑making, and leadership skills to read and communicate effectively with others. Maintain detailed knowledge of all company policies. Communicate written and verbal skills to report daily activities, sales opportunities, and potential barriers. Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information. Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements. Requirements & Qualifications At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferred). Prior sales agent, retail, and reset responsibility experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalency certification. Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs., with frequent lifting/carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (e.g., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time. Work while sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing. Must be able to stand on a step stool. Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends. Valid driver's license and access to automobile liability insurance. Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email. The duties and responsibilities of the Lead Retail Project Merchandiser may vary based on project requirements and client needs.
